Free 3D World Magazine sIBL Sets and Articles!

3D World Mag­a­zine March 2010 Issue.

I would like to proudly announce that the March 2010 issue of 3D World mag­a­zine will fea­ture free sIBL sets from my HDR­Source HDR and sIBL libraries. These sets are free for com­mer­cial use to peo­ple who pur­chase this issue. Along with my sets, sev­eral other sIBL library pho­tog­ra­phers and devel­op­ers will also be releas­ing some of their work as well. It’s quite lit­er­ally hun­dreds of dol­lars worth of free work packed into a sup­ple­men­tal DVD.* The US release of this issue will fol­low a month later in April.

Judg­ing by the cover posted above, the issue itself looks fan­tas­tic and I can’t wait until I’m able to get my hands on it. It con­tains arti­cles on mod­el­ing tech­niques, color the­ory, lin­ear work­flow, free mod­els, a 3D arti­cle regard­ing the iPhone, and much much more. I find all of those top­ics to be very inter­est­ing — in par­tic­u­lar color the­ory, their take on LWF, and cre­at­ing 3D for the iPhone.
